REIKI is a healing technique which uses spiritual energy for balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of the Self.
Distance Healing Session (30 minutes)
In a quiet space, you will lay down, wearing comfortable clothing. I recommend using a blanket (the body usually cools down as you relax).
Relax and prepare to receive Reiki.

Preparing Sacred Space:
I like to prepare my space using different energy tools such as crystals, flower essences, candles, clearing sage, essential oils, oracle cards and sound healing, as all this will set the space for our session before we start, please feel free to incorporate whatever resonates with you.
