Taking care of myself

Taking care of ourselves means taking care of every aspect, looking at the big picture and bringing our attention to what we give and receive in the totality of our being.
Our health does not rely solely on our physical body, and although it is generally the most obvious, and what we can "control" or change more easily, it also involves our thoughts, emotions, and the way we live our daily life.

Here are some tips to take care of us holistically:

TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY
Eat well-balanced plant -based meals, when eating animal protein choose pasture raised, eat organic, avoid processed food, drink alcohol in moderation, exercise daily, take deep breaths. Avoid exposure to toxins in your environment.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR MIND
Meditate, take deep breaths, get in touch with your emotions and release, let go of negative thoughts.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR SPIRIT
Meditate, connect with yourSelf, expand your heart and live from love, let go of what does not serve you anymore.
